Counseling Program Authorizations
Columbus State University currently offers the following online graduate Certificate in Counseling.
- Graduate Certificate Marriage and Family Therapy
By itself, this certificate will not lead to any type of licensure or certification. It is designed to meet the didactic course work requirements for a license in Marriage and Family therapy through the Georgia Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists. This program does not include the required practicum/clinical work requirements necessary for licensure.
It is recommended that you contact the appropriate agency to determine if this program will meet the required professional advancement or development requirements according to your goals.
This program is not currently approved to be offered in any state other than Georgia.
